Tara Lanagan

Agency and Talent Manager

Tara's wealth of knowledge in the Cruise industry started when her professional career saw her perform onboard a number of different cruise lines as a dancer/dance captain within the production cast starting at the age of 19. After 8 years on the high seas it was time to hang up the dancing shoes and put down some land roots.

Tara's love for the cruising industry and experience provided her with the perfect knowledge to work for P&O cruises in the head office starting in the Charter flights department and soon moving to where her heart truly lies within Entertainment. Working within the Entertainment Department Tara was responsible for the booking and logistics for the whole entertainment programme for Aurora and remained in this role for over 9 years. Tara joined Zoe Tyler International in 2017 bringing her extensive experience of the industry, as a booker, operation and logistic executive to Zoe Tyler International as
Agency and Talent Manager.
Charlotte Venning

Administration Assistant

After completing her degree in Tourism Management at Bournemouth University, Charlotte joined Ocean Village and P&O Cruises as a Yield and Inventory executive. She then moved into the Entertainment Department and was responsible for booking all entertainment for Azura for 6 years.

Charlotte took some time out to start a family in 2013 to raise her three daughters, joining Zoe Tyler International in October 2022 bringing her essential skills and excellent knowledge of the cruise industry to the agency.
Emma Barnes

Administration Assistant

Emma has built a diverse and rewarding career in the entertainment industry, with experience spanning live performance, event management, and cruise entertainment. She began her journey training as a Stage Manager at university and went on to work on the central show at the Millennium Dome throughout 2000 - a landmark project at the heart of the UK's millennium celebrations.

Following this, Emma transitioned into event management, which led to a role at Carnival UK in Southampton, where she was responsible for organising training and events within the travel industry.

In 2004, she joined Ocean Village Cruises, where she booked and programmed guest entertainers and played a key role in the launch of their second ship. After the Ocean Village brand was retired, Emma moved to the P&O Cruises entertainment department, where she remained for over seven years, contributing significantly to their onboard entertainment offerings.

In 2018, Emma made the decision to step away from the cruising industry and take on a part-time role in education, allowing her to support her young family and spend more time with her two daughters.

She is now excited to be returning to the entertainment industry, bringing her wealth of experience to Zoe Tyler International and reuniting with former colleagues and friends.
